一、适用范围与运营者

本政策适用于云图店务通客户端及配套店铺管理服务。我们说明处理的信息、目的、权限、第三方服务及您的权利。商家录入的会员、员工等他人信息，应由商家确保取得合法处理依据并向相关人员履行告知义务。
二、账户与经营数据
注册、登录、身份核验与账户管理需要您提供手机号、账号、密码或验证码，以及您填写的店铺和联系人资料。拒绝提供必要信息可能使相应服务无法完成。
使用收银、会员、商品、库存、营销及报表功能时，我们处理您录入的会员姓名、手机号、头像、消费与充值记录、积分、商品、订单、库存、员工、供应商和经营信息，以按您的指令提供查询、计算、存储和业务同步。具体以您使用的功能及填写的字段为准。
只有在您选择图片上传、扫码、分享、打印或保存图片等功能时，相应图片、条码内容、分享内容或打印数据才会进入该功能的处理流程。不要上传与经营目的无关的个人信息。
三、设备、会话与本地存储
客户端读取应用版本、设备型号或计算机名、系统信息，并在登录时向服务端提交设备名称、版本和设备标识。iOS 使用存入钥匙串的厂商标识；Android 使用本应用生成并保存的随机标识；Windows、macOS 使用系统设备标识的摘要，无法取得时使用本地随机标识。登录参数中的字段名不代表客户端读取了手机硬件 IMEI。
客户端在本地保存同意状态、语言、主题、打印机及窗口设置等偏好；选择记住密码后，还会按该选项保存登录资料。图片可能缓存到设备。共享设备上请谨慎使用记住密码，并在使用结束后退出登录。
服务请求会产生接口调用、错误及访问记录，用于会话维护、故障排查和服务运行。请勿通过客户服务发送完整密码、支付验证码或不必要的会员资料。
启动时客户端会读取本地设置、应用和设备信息，并进行服务器时间同步；在支持的平台还会注册微信 SDK、监听 Apple 内购交易队列。若设备中存在尚待核验的 Apple 交易，客户端可能恢复相应收据核验。这些启动处理与登录后的经营操作不同。
四、系统权限与拒绝授权
相机：用于扫码和按您的选择拍照。相册或照片选择器：读取您明确选择用于上传、识别的图片；保存二维码等图片时使用系统保存能力，旧版 Android 可能申请存储权限。拒绝授权时，对应功能不可用，其他不依赖此权限的功能仍可使用。
蓝牙：扫描、连接您选择的小票或标签打印机，并发送打印内容。Android 12 及以上使用附近设备相关权限；较早 Android 版本因系统限制可能要求定位权限才能扫描蓝牙。本应用不据此采集地理位置或建立行踪记录。
拨打客户服务电话通过系统拨号界面进行，不要求读取通讯录、通话记录或短信内容。您可以在操作系统的应用权限设置中撤回授权；撤回不影响此前已经合法完成的处理。
五、第三方 SDK 与系统服务
微信开放平台 SDK（通过 fluwx_no_pay 6.0.4，Android、iOS）：用于注册应用、检查微信是否安装及打开微信客服会话，调用中包含应用标识、通用链接、企业标识及客服链接；微信可能按其规则处理设备、网络与交互信息。运营方为腾讯。当前客户端未接入微信登录、微信分享或微信支付。请查阅微信开放平台及微信隐私保护指引：https://open.weixin.qq.com/ 。
Google ML Kit 条码识别（通过 mobile_scanner 7.4.2，Android）：用于相机或所选图片的条码识别，图像识别在设备端完成；SDK 还会处理设备与应用信息、安装标识、性能、配置、事件和错误数据用于诊断与使用分析。详情：https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/android-data-disclosure ，https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/terms 。iOS、macOS 采用 Apple 系统识别能力。
Apple StoreKit（通过 in_app_purchase 3.3.1，仅启用 iOS 内购）：在您购买或恢复购买时由 Apple 处理交易，应用取得商品、交易状态与收据信息并向服务端核验。我们不通过该插件取得您的银行卡密码。Apple 隐私政策：https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ 。
相机与照片：image_picker 1.2.3、gal 2.3.3；蓝牙打印：universal_ble 2.3.0；设备与应用信息：device_info_plus 13.2.0、package_info_plus 10.2.1；权限管理：permission_handler 12.0.1。这些插件用于桥接相应系统能力，处理范围分别见前述功能与权限说明。
本地偏好与图片缓存使用 shared_preferences、cached_network_image；网页和外部链接使用 webview_flutter、url_launcher。您主动打开外部网页、微信或应用商店后，对方可能处理您提交的内容及网络信息，并适用其隐私规则。我们不会把本地工具库一概视为独立的数据接收方。
六、共享、委托与安全
我们按照提供服务所需、您的指令或法律要求处理数据，不将您的个人信息出售。涉及向其他独立处理者提供个人信息、公开披露或依法需要单独同意的处理时，依法履行相应告知和授权义务。
我们采取访问权限控制、账号管理等措施保护数据。互联网及终端使用存在风险，请妥善保管账户信息并及时更新设备系统。发现账户异常或信息泄露风险时，请及时联系我们；发生个人信息安全事件时，依法采取补救和告知措施。
第三方服务可能通过其全球基础设施处理诊断或服务数据，具体见各服务的披露说明。涉及依法需要履行的跨境提供程序时，应依法履行，不以本政策的概括说明替代必要程序。
七、保存与删除
个人信息按实现处理目的所必要的期限保存，法律法规另有要求的除外。
从账号注册之日（首次未付费）或已购买服务到期之日（到期未续费）起，连续未付费满 3 个月，我们可删除该账号及相关店铺的业务数据。请在此期限届满前续费或联系客户服务安排导出、备份。数据删除后可能无法恢复。该规则不影响您依法提出的删除、注销请求；法律法规要求保留的交易、财务或争议处理记录，按适用的法定期限保留，期限届满后删除或匿名化。
本地缓存和偏好可通过系统应用存储管理、退出账号或卸载等方式管理；iOS 钥匙串中的设备标识可能在卸载后保留。请注意，清理本地数据不会自动注销服务端账号或删除店铺业务数据。
八、您的权利与未成年人
您可通过应用中的对应资料编辑功能或联系客户服务，请求查阅、复制、更正、补充、删除个人信息，撤回同意或申请注销账号；也可在应用内「我的 > 账号注销」自助注销，经注册手机号验证后提交。我们会进行与请求相适应的身份核验，并依法处理；对无法满足的请求说明原因。涉及商家录入的会员资料，也可先联系相应商家。
撤回必要处理的同意、注销或删除数据，可能影响依赖该数据的功能，但不影响撤回前处理的效力。服务面向经营管理者；未成年人应由监护人指导。商家处理不满十四周岁未成年人的个人信息时，应依法取得监护人同意并采取专门保护措施。
九、政策更新与联系
本政策随功能及 SDK 变化更新。涉及处理目的、方式、信息种类或您的权利的重大变化，将以适当方式告知；依法需要重新取得同意的，重新征求同意。

三、裝置、工作階段與本機儲存
客戶端會讀取應用程式版本、裝置型號或電腦名稱、系統資訊，並在登入時向伺服器提交裝置名稱、版本及裝置識別碼。iOS 使用存入鑰匙圈的廠商識別碼；Android 使用本應用程式產生並儲存的隨機識別碼；Windows、macOS 使用系統裝置識別碼的摘要，無法取得時則使用本機隨機識別碼。登入參數中的欄位名稱不代表客戶端讀取了手機硬體 IMEI。
客戶端會在本機儲存同意狀態、語言、主題、印表機及視窗設定等偏好；選擇記住密碼後，還會依該選項儲存登入資料。圖片可能會快取至裝置。在共用裝置上請謹慎使用記住密碼，並在使用結束後登出。
服務請求會產生介面呼叫、錯誤及存取紀錄，用於工作階段維護、故障排查及服務運作。請勿透過客戶服務傳送完整密碼、付款驗證碼或不必要的會員資料。

四、系統權限與拒絕授權
相機：用於掃碼及依您的選擇拍照。相簿或照片選擇器：讀取您明確選擇用於上傳、識別的圖片；儲存二維碼等圖片時使用系統儲存功能，舊版 Android 可能會要求儲存權限。拒絕授權時，相應功能將無法使用，其他不依賴此權限的功能仍可使用。
藍牙：掃描、連線至您選擇的收據或標籤印表機，並傳送列印內容。Android 12 及以上版本使用附近裝置相關權限；較早版本的 Android 因系統限制，可能要求定位權限才能掃描藍牙。本應用程式不據此蒐集地理位置或建立行蹤紀錄。
撥打客戶服務電話會透過系統撥號介面進行，不要求讀取通訊錄、通話紀錄或簡訊內容。您可以在作業系統的應用程式權限設定中撤回授權；撤回不影響此前已合法完成的處理。

Privacy Policy
I. Scope and Operator

This Policy applies to the Yuntu Shop Management client and its related store management services. It explains the information we process, the purposes, permissions, third-party services, and your rights. Merchants must ensure they have a lawful basis for processing information about other people, such as members and employees, that they enter, and must fulfill their notification obligations to those individuals.
II. Accounts and Business Data
Registration, login, identity verification, and account management require you to provide a mobile phone number, account name, password or verification code, as well as store and contact details you enter. Refusing to provide necessary information may prevent the relevant service from being completed.
When you use cashier, membership, product, inventory, marketing, and reporting features, we process the member names, mobile phone numbers, profile pictures, purchase and top-up records, points, products, orders, inventory, employee, supplier, and business information that you enter, in order to provide lookup, calculation, storage, and business synchronization at your direction. The specific information depends on the features you use and the fields you complete.
Images, barcode content, shared content, or print data enter the processing flow of a feature only when you choose a feature such as image upload, barcode scanning, sharing, printing, or saving an image. Do not upload personal information unrelated to your business purposes.
III. Device, Session, and Local Storage
The client reads the app version, device model or computer name, and system information. At login, it submits the device name, version, and device identifier to the server. On iOS, it uses a vendor identifier stored in Keychain; on Android, it uses a random identifier generated and stored by this app; on Windows and macOS, it uses a digest of the system device identifier, or a local random identifier if that cannot be obtained. A field name in the login parameters does not mean that the client reads the phone's hardware IMEI.
The client stores preferences such as consent status, language, theme, printer, and window settings locally. If you choose to remember your password, it also stores login details as selected. Images may be cached on the device. Use the remember-password option with care on shared devices, and log out when you finish.
Service requests generate API-call, error, and access records for session maintenance, troubleshooting, and service operation. Do not send a full password, payment verification code, or unnecessary member information through customer service.
At startup, the client reads local settings, app and device information, and synchronizes the server time. On supported platforms, it also registers the WeChat SDK and listens to the Apple in-app purchase transaction queue. If the device has Apple transactions pending verification, the client may restore the corresponding receipt for verification. These startup processes are separate from business operations after login.
IV. System Permissions and Refusal of Permission
Camera: used for barcode scanning and taking photos at your choice. Album or photo picker: reads images that you explicitly select for upload or recognition; the system's save capability is used to save images such as QR codes, and older Android versions may request storage permission. If you refuse permission, the corresponding feature will be unavailable, while other features that do not rely on that permission remain available.
Bluetooth: scans for and connects to receipt or label printers you select, and sends print content. Android 12 and later use permissions related to nearby devices; due to system restrictions, earlier Android versions may require location permission to scan for Bluetooth devices. We do not use this to collect geolocation or create movement records.
Calls to customer service are made through the system dialer and do not require access to contacts, call history, or SMS content. You can revoke permission in your operating system's app-permission settings. Revocation does not affect processing lawfully completed before it.
V. Third-Party SDKs and System Services
WeChat Open Platform SDK (via fluwx_no_pay 6.0.4, Android and iOS): used to register the app, check whether WeChat is installed and open WeChat customer-service chats. Calls include the app identifier, universal link, enterprise identifier and customer-service link. WeChat may process device, network and interaction information under its own rules. The provider is Tencent. This client does not integrate WeChat sign-in, sharing or payment. See the WeChat Open Platform and its privacy guidance: https://open.weixin.qq.com/ .
Google ML Kit barcode recognition (through mobile_scanner 7.4.2, Android): used to recognize barcodes from the camera or selected images; image recognition is performed on the device. The SDK also processes device and app information, installation identifiers, performance, configuration, event, and error data for diagnostics and usage analysis. Apple StoreKit (through in_app_purchase 3.3.1, with only iOS in-app purchases enabled): Apple processes transactions when you purchase or restore purchases. The app obtains product, transaction-status, and receipt information and verifies it with the server. We do not obtain your bank-card password through this plugin. Camera and photos: image_picker 1.2.3, gal 2.3.3; Bluetooth printing: universal_ble 2.3.0; device and app information: device_info_plus 13.2.0, package_info_plus 10.2.1; permission management: permission_handler 12.0.1. These plugins bridge the corresponding system capabilities. Their respective processing scopes are described in the feature and permission sections above.
Local preferences and image caching use shared_preferences and cached_network_image; web pages and external links use webview_flutter and url_launcher. After you actively open an external webpage, WeChat, or an app store, the other party may process content you submit and network information under its privacy rules. We do not treat local utility libraries categorically as independent data recipients.
VI. Sharing, Entrustment, and Security
We process data as necessary to provide the service, at your direction, or as required by law. We do not sell your personal information. If personal information is provided to another independent processor, publicly disclosed, or processed in a way that requires separate consent by law, we will fulfill the corresponding notification and authorization obligations as required by law.
We protect data through measures such as access controls and account management. Internet and device use involve risks. Safeguard your account information and keep your device system up to date. Contact us promptly if you discover account abnormalities or a risk of information leakage. If a personal information security incident occurs, we will take remedial and notification measures as required by law.
Third-party services may process diagnostic or service data through their global infrastructure. See each service's disclosure for details. Where procedures for cross-border provision are required by law, we will complete them as required; this general description in the Policy does not replace any required procedures.
VII. Retention and Deletion
Personal information is retained for the period necessary to achieve the processing purpose, unless laws or regulations require otherwise.
Starting from the account registration date (if you have never paid) or the expiry date of a purchased service (if it expires without renewal), if the account remains unpaid continuously for 3 months, we may delete the account and the business data of its related stores. Renew the service or contact customer service to arrange an export or backup before this period expires. Deleted data may not be recoverable. This rule does not affect deletion or account-cancellation requests you make under the law. Transaction, financial, or dispute-resolution records that laws or regulations require us to retain will be kept for the applicable statutory period, then deleted or anonymized.
You can manage local caches and preferences through system app-storage management, by logging out of the account, or by uninstalling the app. A device identifier in the iOS Keychain may remain after uninstallation. Clearing local data does not automatically cancel the server-side account or delete store business data.
VIII. Your Rights and Minors
You may use the relevant profile-editing feature in the app or contact customer service to request access to, a copy of, correction or supplementation of, or deletion of personal information; withdraw consent; or apply to cancel your account. You can also cancel your account yourself in the app under “Me > Cancel Account”, after verifying the registered phone number. We will verify your identity as appropriate to the request and process it as required by law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why. For member information entered by a merchant, you may also contact that merchant first.
Withdrawing consent for necessary processing, canceling your account, or deleting data may affect features that rely on that data, but does not affect the validity of processing conducted before withdrawal. The service is intended for business operators; minors should use it under a guardian's guidance. When a merchant processes personal information of a minor under 14, the merchant must obtain the guardian's consent and take special protection measures as required by law.
IX. Policy Updates and Contact
This Policy is updated as features and SDKs change. We will provide notice in an appropriate manner of material changes to processing purposes, methods, types of information, or your rights. If the law requires renewed consent, we will seek it again.
